In April 2010, the AFP NY-Westchester Chapter was chartered under the Association of Fundraising Professionals International - an association of professionals that advances philanthropy by enabling people and organizations to practice ethical and effective fundraising.

AFP-NY Westchester Chapter brings a new level of fundraising professionalism to Westchester County.

Westchester County, located directly adjacent to the north of New York City is home to over 6,300 nonprofit/tax exempt organizations.

The AFP-NY Westchester chapter is dedicated to embracing our profession and serving as the premier resource for education, networking, professional advancement and maybe even a little fun.

We will continue to provide opportunities for our members and local fundraising professionals access to the leading minds of today's industry innovators and experts through workshops, luncheons and other resources.

As AFP-NY Westchester Chapter grows we will continue to offer more resources and programming.
